Terms of Service

Effective June 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Toth Labs and, in particular, the optional Google account connection it offers. Toth Labs is a small studio run by Kathleen and Michael Toth. By connecting a Google service or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Toth Labs lets you optionally connect one or more of your Google services (Drive, Calendar, YouTube) so the studio can do work you ask us to do with the files and information you share. What we collect, how we store it, and how to revoke it are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your authorization

Any access Toth Labs has to your Google account exists only because you granted it through Google’s own consent screen, and it is limited to the scopes you approved. You may withdraw that authorization at any time — revoke it from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions and / or email us. Withdrawing access does not affect work already completed.

Acceptable use

Connect only Google accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use Toth Labs to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attempt to access data or systems you are not entitled to. You are responsible for the accounts and content you connect.

Service provided as-is

Toth Labs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toth Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the service, and we may revise these Terms. When we revise them, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Placeholder — the specific governing jurisdiction is being finalized and will be stated here.
